Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location is the only decent thing about it, tucked off the highway in Oklahoma City. The rooms were in poor condition, dirty, and smelled of smoke, with various issues like a broken TV and chipped bathtub. The staff, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful. The dining options were extremely limited, with only granola bars and coffee available. The property seems clean and quiet but lacking in maintenance and overall value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit outdated and had a strange old smoke smell, but the front desk staff did try to address the issues we faced, like finding pubic hair in the bed and a room filled with stinky garbage. The price was fair considering the problems we encountered.
The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, offering easy access to amenities. However, the accommodation had a mix of positive and negative points, with spacious rooms but a musty smell and a strong foul odor in the bedroom. The service was inconsistent, with rude behavior encountered, yet efforts were made to rectify billing issues. The dining options were basic but satisfactory, with coffee and granola bars available. The location had its perks but also drawbacks, such as the need to call the front desk for entry and reports of unwelcome insects. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, with room for improvement in certain areas.
